Can I Use the Pawscout App to Find My Lost Bluetooth Pawscout Smarter Pet Tag?

It happens. We're here to help! When Fido returns home without the tag, you can use Pawscout App's Virtual Outdoor Pet Leash to find your tag!

The first step is to check on your tag’s last-known location.  To do this, select “My Pets” in the Pawscout App, select the relevant pet, and then click on the map icon. 

You will then see the tag’s last-known location on the map.  This is a great place to start looking for your tag, but you first need to enable the Outdoor Virtual Pet Leash.  To do this, go into the Pawscout App and select “My Pets.”  Choose the appropriate pet, then “Enable Leash.”  Now, walk to the last-known location you saw in the map – and from there, to your pet’s favorite haunts.  You will receive alerts when you are near the tag, provided the battery is still good.
