MAPBOX ISSUE

Is impossible to set the location in Mapbox, I was trying to fix the problem thinking that it just was my phone, but no, I realized that the app and this map are the main problem. Please, I need a solution as far as possible. I know that I'm not the only one with this problem. I bought the tag thinking that my cat will be safe (the tag is connected) and I could help other pets, but it was impossible to do. Basically, it is useless. The next image shows how the map doesn't work well, I moved the arrow to different spots, and still the same.
