Bought two tags and scruffy chewed both up.now all I have is chewed up plastic and electronic parts that don't work

Pawscout needs to make a better product that the pet can't remove and chew up ! I'm out of the price of not one but two tag's . . . There tags should be sucured with something stronger than plastic and the pet shouldn't be able to remove it from there collar

  Pawscout needs to reimburse me a new tag so I can continue to at least have more than 24 hours of service
