Product only works intermittently
Don't waste your money! I bought my "Pawscout" at PetSmart in Santa Fe, NM. I had just moved here and my cat, Trixie, was an adopted domesticated "lost stray" living in our parking lot. After moving to Santa Fe, I feared she might panic and get lost if she got outside too soon to acclimate herself. I went to PetSmart several times to try to fix it as it would intermittently stop working making it useless. I bought a new battery. Went to PetSmart twice and got back to the store, again, to just replace it or get a refund. The manager denied me because it had been 60 days. Don't waste your money or lose your pet with this shoddy device.

Yeah I have the same issue. Mine will say it hasn't detected the tag in X amount of time but I've been getting notifications since then. And mine only tracks my pet no more than 50 ft but says up to 300. Support is no help either. I gave up on talking to them.
