Blue Light not Illuminating??

    It's a tiny tiny little dot of a blue light, I found it hard to see it in daylight. Try in a dark area, bathroom, with no windows.  Also keep the switch down for me was about at least 20 seconds.

    The blue light on mine worked at first, but then it just stopped working before I ever even got to try it. It worked long enough to register it, but stopped working before I even got it attached it to my dog's color. The app just thinks it's out of range now so it's worthless. The blue light no longer flashes when I press the unit. Customer support offered to replace the battery, but I already bought new ones and tried that, and it still doesn't work. I replied with that info (that a new battery won't help), but so far, they have not even replied, let alone offered to replace their defective unit. This would be a great idea if anyone ever makes a similar product that actually works, but it doesn't appear that this one does.

    Mine won’t work either. I’ve been trying for an hour even tried new battery. I’m so frustrated. How can I fix this?

    Mine wouldn't light up because the battery was dead when I purchased it. After I ranted a bit, I went out and bought a new battery and tried again. You have to hold down the raised button for at least 20 seconds (at least I do), and then you will (should) see it. You don't have to be a dark room, but it might help.

    I recently bought this product. I too have tried endless at getting the blue light to illuminate. I sent a request for help via email to pawscout. Anyone having this problem, I have trie everything.
