Add other countries, configure virtual leash, input breed name

I'm in Australia, add the option to use meters not feet. There doesnt seem to be a way to configure the virtual leash. My dog is a kelpie and it's not in the options, when I put other it says pick 2 from the list, why not let the user input the breed if it's not on there. Add things in profile like desexed, microchip number, regular vet clinic.
