Tag and name tag

We have had nothing but issues with pawscouts tags, we've had them replaced 2 or 3x now, with continued issues of out of range, stop working, so I am filling giving up on this product. We also ordered a nametags Feb 5th, 2021, it is now Mar 2, 2021 and still have not received it. Yet pawscout is telling me it was delivered, which it has not been and they are also saying I used an emoji on the tag and why I havent recieved it? I sent q screen shot on it from the day ordered and there is no emoji at all lol. Lets see if I get the replacement one, for the MIA one! So good luck to anyone that chooses to use this dysfunctional product.
