You asked; we listened. Our walk feature - for Pawscout Tag users only - is one of our most popular, so it was high time for a reboot. Strolling is one of the best things you can do for you and your pet's health, and Pawscout's revamped features make it easier than ever to track your walks, measure your activity - and even brag about all your ambulatory achievements to your friends.
To use the walk feature, you need:
- A Pawscout Tag
- Bluetooth enabled on your phone
- Location services enabled on your phone
Go to your pet’s profile in the app, select Tag & Actions, then Start Walk. Use the app to note if/where your dog (or adventure cat!) poos or pees, or any other walk highlights or fun walk facts.
When you’re done, don’t forget to select End Walk in Tag & Actions. Ending your walk will give you a beautiful summary of your adventures, including distance and time.
If you save your walk, you can post it to your favorite social media channels. Finally, you can always go to Tag & Actions -> Walk Diary to view all your walks by time, distance, and day.
Make you and Phideaux the best, healthiest versions of yourself with Pawscout’s revamped walk feature!
Tip: If you use a dog walker, or need to leave your pet with a friend, make sure to set them up as a guardian so they create walks and show you all of your pet’s activity when you’re too busy to walk yourself.
